Rob Turner is a writer based in the United Kingdom.

Following a degree in Natural Sciences at Cambridge and a Diploma in Education in Edinburgh, he taught biology in a variety of schools from Scotland to the Channel Islands, while also working part time as a bus and coach driver. In addition to writing, his other interests include Christian and Buddhist spirituality, walking and cycling, playing bass and guitar in a number of bands you will (fortunately) never have heard of, and tinkering with houses and motorcycles.

In 2013 he moved to Cornwall with his wife Liz to concentrate on writing, publishing the Perception books (Inward and The Knowing) in 2016, followed by Calling Me Home in 2019 and Firebird in 2021.
